Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Express delivery is available at checkout for $15.
Orders are packed in 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Most orders arrive 3–7 business days after they ship; express is 2–3. Once a parcel is with the carrier, the tracking link is the most accurate estimate we have.
Carrier scans sometimes lag for a day or two. If tracking hasn’t updated for five business days, email support@agelex.us with your order number and we’ll chase it or send a replacement.
Check with your household and neighbours first, then tell us within 15 days of the delivery date. We’ll reship or refund.
Email us a photo with your order number. We’ll send a replacement or refund you in full, and you don’t need to ship anything back.
A 30-day satisfaction guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered. On a first order you can open the first bottle and still return it — that’s the point of a trial. Any additional bottles need to be unopened and sealed. Full terms: Shipping & Returns.
Email support@agelex.us with your order number and what you’d like to do. We’ll reply with return instructions.
You pay return shipping on a change-of-mind return. We pay when the problem is ours — damaged, wrong item, or a quality issue — and in those cases we usually don’t ask for the product back.
We refund the original payment method as soon as the return arrives and is checked. Most banks post the refund within 5–10 business days after that.
We don’t run a formal exchange process. Return the unopened item and place a new order — in practice that’s faster than an exchange.
Renewal orders can be returned unopened within the same 30-day window. If a renewal caught you at a bad time, tell us — we’d rather move the date than take a return.
You pick a delivery interval at checkout and save 10% on every order. We charge and ship at that interval until you stop it. There’s no minimum number of deliveries and no annual commitment.
Yes — all three, from your account, any time before the next charge. Changes take effect on the next order.
On the day each delivery is prepared, at the price shown on your subscription. We email you before a renewal so it’s never a surprise.
Fourteen ingredients in two daily capsules, in four groups.
Every dose is printed on the label — no proprietary blends. Full list with the research behind each one: the formula.
Both are NAD+ precursors. We chose NR because it carries the larger body of published human research and a well-characterised route into cells.‡ The science brief walks through it.
It sits inside the range used in published human trials. In a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in adults aged 40–60, daily NR raised whole-blood NAD+ by 51% at 300 mg and 142% at 1,000 mg within two weeks.‡
Raising NAD+ addresses supply. The systems that spend it — mitochondria, neurons, skin, antioxidant defence — have their own requirements. Each of the other thirteen was picked for a specific one of those jobs, at a dose we can point to in published research.*
Vegetarian capsules, gluten-free, non-GMO, no artificial colours or flavours. Anything else in the bottle appears in the “other ingredients” line on the Supplement Facts panel — we don’t hide it in a blend.
We don’t promise a timeline, and we won’t quote one from customers we don’t have yet. What the research measures is NAD+ in blood, which rises within about two weeks at the studied doses.‡ How that feels differs from person to person.†
Two capsules a day, with food — mornings work best for most routines. A meal with some fat helps absorption of the fat-soluble ingredients. Consistency matters more than the clock: pick the meal you never skip and attach it to that.
With coffee, yes — L-theanine is in the formula partly because it pairs well with caffeine.* With other supplements, usually; check the overlap so you’re not doubling up on the same vitamins. With medication, ask your doctor or pharmacist first. That’s not a formality: ginkgo in particular is worth mentioning if you take blood thinners.
Not for anyone under 18, and not while pregnant or nursing unless your clinician says otherwise. If you have a medical condition or take prescription medication, talk to your provider before starting.
Most people tolerate the ingredients well at these doses. Taking the capsules on an empty stomach can feel unsettled — food fixes that. Stop and talk to your provider if anything feels wrong.*
Take the next dose as usual. Don’t double up.
That any NAD+ supplement extends life, reverses ageing, or treats a disease. Human NAD+ research is young: it reliably shows NAD+ elevation, and it is still working out what follows from that. We’d rather say so than sell a bigger story.*
NAD+ is a coenzyme your cells use to turn food into usable energy, and the required substrate for the enzymes that maintain and repair DNA. It isn’t optional — it’s chemistry every cell runs on.
The trials we cite measured the ingredient, not our finished product. NR raises whole-blood NAD+ in a dose-dependent way; we supply 500 mg of it per serving.‡ We haven’t run a trial on AgeleX itself, and we won’t imply that we have.
Yes. Email support@agelex.us with the lot number printed on the base of your bottle and we’ll send the Certificate of Analysis for that exact production run. More on how batches are verified: quality.
In the United States, at an FDA-registered facility audited against current Good Manufacturing Practices. Batches are tested by an independent laboratory for identity, potency, heavy metals and microbial limits.
No supplement is. “FDA approved” applies to drugs. Supplements are regulated as food: the FDA sets manufacturing and labelling rules and does not approve individual products. AgeleX is made in an FDA-registered, cGMP facility.*
Not at the moment. Most dietary supplements aren’t eligible without a letter of medical necessity, and we’d rather say no here than have a payment fail at checkout.
If it hasn’t shipped, yes — email us quickly and we’ll try to catch it. Once a label is printed we can’t stop it, but you’re still covered by the return window.
Codes apply at checkout and don’t stack with subscription savings. Send us the code and your order number and we’ll sort it out.
Email support@agelex.us and we’ll handle it. Details in our privacy policy.
