We ship to the 48 contiguous US states. Not Alaska, not Hawaii, not outside the US yet — and we’d rather tell you that here than at checkout.

- We don’t ship to
- Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, and anywhere outside the United States — including Canada
- Forwarding services
- You’re welcome to use one, but we can’t support delivery, customs or returns once a parcel leaves our carrier’s network
If you’re outside that area right now
- Buying for an address in the lower 48 works today. Ship to a friend, a family member, or your hotel.
- Wholesale or retail in your market — write to support@agelex.us. Distributor enquiries are welcome even before we ship there.
Questions
Why not just ship internationally with a courier?
Because a supplement crossing a border is a regulated import, not a parcel. Labels, ingredient rules and duties differ per country; getting that wrong means an order is destroyed at customs and the buyer is the one out of pocket.
Can I return an order sent to a forwarding address?
Only if it comes back to us from an address in the lower 48 within the return window. Shipping & Returns.
Will Alaska and Hawaii come back?
They’re on the same list as new countries: when enough orders come from one place to make the carrier rates work, we open it. Join the list and you’ll hear.
