Terms of Service

Welcome to AgeleX. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of agelex.us (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from AgeleX (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site. By ordering, you represent that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Products & Health Disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or resale intent. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

4. Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal

If you purchase a subscription (“Subscribe & Save”), you agree to the following terms, which are provided to you before checkout:

• Recurring charges. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the price disclosed at checkout, at the recurring interval you select (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days), until you cancel.
• What you receive. Each billing cycle, we ship the product(s) in your subscription to the address on file.
• How to cancel. You may cancel at any time, effective for the next billing cycle, either (a) online through your customer account portal — the link is included in your order and renewal emails — or (b) by emailing support@agelex.us. Cancellation online takes only a few clicks and does not require contacting support.
• Renewal reminders. We send a reminder email before each renewal charge.
• Price changes. If the price of your subscription changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies.
• Refunds. Subscription charges are covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (see our Refund Policy).

California residents: in accordance with California’s Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17600 et seq.), you may cancel your subscription online at any time through your customer account portal as described above, and you will receive the automatic renewal terms in a manner capable of being retained (your order confirmation email).

5. Shipping & Returns

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. California Proposition 65

Proposition 65 requires California businesses to provide warnings about significant exposure to chemicals listed by the State of California. Where a specific AgeleX product requires a warning under Proposition 65, the warning will appear on the product page and/or product packaging. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of AgeleX or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorized access to any systems, or to submit false or misleading information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgeleX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AgeleX harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@agelex.us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
